Supernatural Saturdays

Well my little gumdrops,  it's time to grab your salt and holy water because its time for Supernatural Saturdays!!

And I thought we should kick off the first Supernatural Saturday with a very special Arch-angel.

No not Lucifer..............  I'll give you a hint, he has golden wings,loves sweets, and looks like a Corgi.

That's right its  the trickster himself, Gabe!!!!

And yes we all love this prank playing angel, but we all have to remember the actor playing the angel.  Richard Speight Jr. was born in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended Montgomery Bell Academy and the University of Southern California's School of Theater, where he graduated cum laude. He began his acting career in the late 1980s, appearing in television movies like Love Leads the Way: A True Story, and Goodbye, Miss 4th of July.  In my opinion, Richard Speight Jr gave Gabriel so much life and energy to the role that gave the show some light in the darkened episodes.  But as we know, no one is safe on Supernatural.  I remember watching the episode Hammer of the Gods,  I cried for an hour after that show.  And let me tell you I am an Ugly crier.  And I know I'm not the only one who cried.  I feel like there are some people out there that can relate to at least one character from Supernatural .  For me I relate to a couple characters, but the one I really relate to is Gabriel.  Like Gabriel I hid my emotions behind jokes and laughter.  I feel that if I were to cry in front of anyone they would think that I'm weak.  But there are also some good in how we relate like me love of sweets.  I LOVE SUGAR!  And it's terrible but amazing at the same time.  And I also love my family, no matter how much they annoy me.  But the one thing that I relate to Gabriel with the most is standing for something that's right even if it's terrifying.  In the episode Hammer of the Gods, Gabriel stood up to his brother Lucifer to save us humans.  He knew that we are flawed and we made mistakes but we still deserved a chance.  And with that Gabriel died....... 

    I know that somehow Gabriel didn't die that night.  And I guess the only way to find out is to watch season 13.  Well that's it for Supernatural Saturdays please comment on what you would like to talk about next week.  I know that I will be putting polls on my twitter account so make sure to vote!!
